Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
How We Ship Live Cultures
Because our liquid cultures and biological materials are sensitive to heat and cold, we take extra care in packaging:
- Insulated packaging for temperature-sensitive items during extreme weather
- Sealed, sterilized containers to maintain viability in transit
- USPS Priority Mail for most domestic orders (3-5 business days)

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates are based on package weight:
- Under 2 lb: $24.90
- 2-10 lb: $39.90
- 10+ lb: $59.90
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can track your package through the carrier website.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. If you require a different carrier, please provide a physical address.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@flyingmushroom.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
