Ready for transfers to grain, liquid culture, or agar plates. Slant tubes are ideal for long-term storage and maintaining genetic integrity of your favorite strains. Usage Instructions Sanitize your work area, tools, and contact surfaces before handling. Work in front of a flow hood or inside a still-air box. Use a sterile inoculation loop or scalpel to transfer a small piece of colonized agar to your desired media (grain, LC, or fresh agar). Reseal the slant with parafilm and return to refrigerated storage for future use. Shelf Life & Storage Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate at 34–39°F (1–4°C) upon receipt. Under proper storage, inoculated slants remain viable for 6–12 months. Always visually inspect for contamination before use. Quality & COA Each batch is prepared using standardized procedures. Cultures are test-transferred on appropriate media before release. These internal checks act as an in-house Certificate of Analysis (COA) to confirm viability and cleanliness at the time of packaging.
