Usage Instructions
- Sanitize your work area, tools, and contact surfaces before handling.
- Prepare grain, substrate, agar, or grow kits according to your standard operating procedures.
- Introduce the liquid culture using sterile or near-sterile technique.
- Maintain species-appropriate incubation and fruiting conditions.
Shelf Life and Storage
Store refrigerated at 34-39F (1-4C) away from direct sunlight. Under proper storage, typical shelf life is 3-6 months unopened.

Each batch is prepared using standardized procedures and test-inoculated on appropriate media before release.
How to Use This Bundle
- Start with the liquid culture — inject 1-2cc into the grain bag through the self-healing injection port.
- Incubate the grain bag at 70-75°F until fully colonized (2-4 weeks).
- Mix colonized grain with substrate at a 1:3 ratio in a monotub or grow bag.
- Wait for full colonization, then introduce fruiting conditions (fresh air, 80-90% humidity).

All orders ship within 1-2 business days from our Colorado facility. Liquid cultures ship in insulated packaging to maintain viability. Store LC syringes in the refrigerator (35-45°F) until use. Grain spawn and substrate bags should be used within 2 weeks of delivery for best results. Ready-to-fruit blocks can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
